It was found out that ICT served as a means of getting related information on students’ problems, quick analysis of student’s problems, interview students in order to elicit information, quick access to student’s information as needed, provides on the spot report and interpretation of students’ problem. It was also found that various ICT media are essential to ensure adequate service delivery in Guidance and Counselling.
